We had a great experience working with Deck Company of Charlotte on our new wood deck in the Windbrook neighborhood of Charlotte, near Shareview Road and Providence.

The deck is approximately 560 square feet with two levels and a beautiful pergola. From the beginning, Ron and his crew were professional, responsive, and great to work with. One of the best parts of the experience was that Ron provided us with a picture and layout showing exactly how the finished deck and pergola would look. When the project was completed, it looked just like the design he showed us.

Ron also expanded our existing concrete pad and properly sloped it so the stairs would land on the concrete rather than directly on the ground. It was a great improvement and really added to the finished project.

The deck turned out beautiful, and we can't wait to get it stained. Ron will be taking care of the staining as part of the process, which is another thing that made the experience so easy.

We are extremely happy with our new deck and the entire experience with Deck Company of Charlotte. Ron and his crew did a fantastic job from day one through completion. We would absolutely recommend Deck Company of Charlotte to anyone looking to build a deck. Thank you, Ron, for a beautiful job!

Deck Company of Charlotte built our new deck in the SouthPark area, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Ron was never pushy during the initial consultation. He took his time explaining all of our options, answered every question, and helped us understand the real cost difference between pressure-treated wood and Trex over time.

We originally considered wood, but after learning about the maintenance and staining costs, we realized Trex made much more sense long term. We chose Trex Foggy Wharf with cable railings and a black top rail, and the finished deck came out beautiful.

What really stood out was how comfortable Ron made us feel throughout the process. He only asked for a small $500 scheduling deposit instead of a large percentage upfront. Materials were delivered and the work had already started before any additional payment was requested. That level of trust and professionalism is rare with contractors.

The entire process was smooth, the workmanship was excellent, and we paid the remaining balance once we were fully satisfied. Thank you, Ron and Deck Company of Charlotte—we highly recommend them!

They paid attention to the details, kept us informed, and made sure everything was completed properly. The pricing was fair for the quality of work, and the finished deck looks great.

A company that understands what customers expect and delivers quality work. We would definitely recommend them for any deck project.

We had a deck built by Deck Company of Charlotte at our home in the Waxhaw/Marvin area and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They used premium yellow pressure-treated boards and everything came out really nice and clean. No ugly notches or shortcuts — just solid, quality work.

The deck looks great and came out exactly how we wanted. Really happy with the job and would definitely recommend Deck Company of Charlotte to friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience with Deck Company of Charlotte! They built our new deck in Waxhaw, North Carolina, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

Our project featured Trex Enhance® Rocky Harbor decking, a large 35’ × 16’ deck, and a long L-shaped staircase with a center landing. We chose cable railing to preserve the beautiful view from the deck, and it turned out even better than we imagined. The railing, top rail, and posts give the deck a clean, modern look.

Although the deck was elevated well off the ground, the crew completed the project in just five days. Ron and the entire team were professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. The final inspection passed with flying colors, which gave us great confidence in the quality of their work.

We couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor space and highly recommend Deck Company of Charlotte to anyone looking for a high-quality deck built by an experienced, reliable team.

We hired Deck Company of Charlotte to resurface our deck in Charlotte, NC, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we met Ron, we felt confident in our decision, especially after seeing the beautiful work his team had completed for one of our neighbors.

Ron explained every step of the project in detail, so we always knew what to expect. One of our biggest concerns was our built-in grill—we wanted to make sure there were no gaps around it. Ron and his team handled it perfectly, and the finished result looks seamless.

They installed Trex Lineage Biscayne decking, Trex Select aluminum railing, and even added a gate to keep our dog safely on the deck. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional.

Our deck came out absolutely perfect. Ron and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Deck Company of Charlotte to anyone looking for a high-quality, beautiful deck. Thank you!
